The Wanderers is made up of guitarist/banjo player Pete Rimmer, fiddler Chris Nelson, both stalwarts of the North West folk scene as organisers of the legendary Bothy Folk Club, and bassist Colin Maddocks, founder and producer of the long-running Grateful Fred's Americana, Roots and Acoustic Nights.
The Wanderers perform an entertaining mixture of original songs and tunes with the addition of a wide range of Americana, contemporary and traditional folk songs. Previous bookings include regular theatre appearances, festivals, folk clubs, bars and cafes. We love performing, so please, just ask...
