Steve Ingham and Keith Towers and occasionally joined by Poppy Weatherall

Style of performance:

Best described as well rehearsed chaotic fun. Sing-along, audience participation.

Repertoire:

Folk (mainly Lancashire), Country, Irish, Rock and Roll and 60's. They also perform many of their own original (often humorous) songs.

Other Information:

Steve and Keith have been performing as "The Dodgers" since 2002, originally with a third member, but since 2012 as a duo.

TV appearances include "Let Me Entertain You" on BBC2, "Look North West" on BBC1, and "Channel M".

Radio appearances on Radio Manchester, Chorley FM and Oldham Community Radio.

They have also appeared at the Lowry Theatre and Bury Met Theatre and in the Famous Bury Market.

They play 6 and 12 string electric and acoustic guitars, mandolins, mandola, bass, dobro and tenor banjo but not all at the same time.

They are both members of "Soyaband" who accompany "Leap To Your Feet" Appalachian dancers and have performed with them at folk festivals and events throughout the country.

They are sometimes accompanied by Poppy Weatherall, a brilliant young fiddle player who they have known and performed with in Soyaband. With Poppy, they are also available to play for Ceilidh / Barndance / Hoedowns
