Corralach

Corralach

Members:

Tony Perridge, Vocals, 12 String & 6 String Guitar, Mandolin
George Livingstone, Vocals, 6 String Guitar, Bouzouki, 5 String Banjo, Bohdran

Style of performance:

Our aim is to spread and encourage singing and playing, mostly in the traditional genre, but we perform anything lyrical and interesting that appeals to us. We are regular performers at Ardersier Folk Club and Hootananny Traditional Music Pub in Inverness as well as Scottish Folk Clubs.

Repertoire:

We source most of our material from Scottish, Irish and American music, with a few self-penned songs thrown in for good measure. We have a love of harmony and a'capella singing as well as accompanied.

Recordings:

CORVIDAE which includes 3 of our own in a mixture of traditional songs.
The CD is available from our website

Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland but happy to travel.

Other Information:

Corralach is an Inverness, Highlands, based Folk duo dedicated to keeping our vocal tradition alive. We sing a wide range of songs drawn from Scotland, Ireland and America, together with self-penned offerings, both accompanied and a'cappella. Our music is voice led, with an emphasis on harmony.

Corralach are happy to travel for gigs in Hotels, Folk Clubs or at Festivals and welcome enquiries from event organisers. In 2017 we are playing in a range of venues from the Columba Hotel in Inverness to Dalgety Bay Folk Club in Fife along with The Slanj Restaurant in Arrochar.
